If for any reason you are not satisfied, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.

Returns & Exchanges:

• Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging.

• Because many of our products are handmade or printed to order, please note that custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• To start a return or exchange, email us at support@pishposhco.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with a photo and description. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.

Processing Time:

• Handmade items: 3–7 business days before shipping

• Art prints and other made-to-order products: 5–10 business days(We’ll always notify you if there’s any delay or backorder.)

Shipping Rates & Delivery:

• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

• Domestic U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.

Lost or Delayed Packages:Once your order has shipped, it’s in the hands of the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier first.
